My husband was seen on holiday weekend, his insurance allows him to go pretty much anywhere. We tried AFC urgent care and the waiting room was packed. I work for Mercy and suggested perhaps driving to Jackson. We waited perhaps and hour not unreasonable, considering it been a holiday weekend. He was seen promptly once taken back, given a shot and on our way. My husband had poison ivy on his face. Urgent or convenient care is exactly what is there for, not PCP care, and not for serious ailments. Please consider this when reviewing or using convenient care.

I have asked her before what the medication was for and she gave me the most vague answer. There are times that I don’t take it because I don’t know what it is for. She proscribed me an antibiotic and when I took it it made everything worse. I was throwing up and could leave the bathroom. My older sister told me to stop taking it immediately... read full review

I had to go to Urgent care due to feeling really tired, high fever, horrible headaches and terrible sore throat, the NP was able to confirm COVID and give me the meds that I needed Anti Viral and antibiotic for the sore throat. Still feel pretty rough but feeling a little better.
