We hired James to work on sinking floors in 3 rooms of our 200+ year old home. He did a great job along with his helpers. They cleaned up and vacuumed the work area’s. Any questions he answered and cost was exactly the bid. Will definitely call if we need work done again.

Finished ahead of schedule and made adjustments to the design along the way. We discovered we had a leak in the roof during the process and he fixed that too. Reasonable priced as well.
