The Walmart Vision Center was a new in-network provider for materials with my new vision insurance. I decided to give them a try, and they did not disappoint! It was a hurdle to get the most of my benefits I pay for through insurance though, all however were NOT a Vision Center issue. I called the insurance and confirmed my benefits before arriving at the store. The manager, Kris, called to verify eligibility and benefits and was told something different than I was previously told. This vision center was helpful. They were very courteous and helpful. I do not have insurance and wear bifocals. I did not want the line in it. There was a certain frame I wanted and she made sure it was going to work withntheblenses.

Julie was so helpful, even though it got complicated w a needed insurance authorization after the insurance company’s hours. She got what she needed from us and called the next day confirming she got the auth. Really appreciated it!
