I have used KC Floorworx twice; once for vinyl plank flooring in a family room, and once for carpeting on stairs. Both times I was pleased with communication and the quality of workmanship. I plan on working with them again for the next phase of our refurbishing.

Was greeted by Kirsten. she was very helpful I still wasn't 100% sure if that's what I wanted but once I took home the samples and decided that's what I wanted we went with it I ended up doing my spare bedroom and office and I love the floor. I've had to make a couple trips back down but it's been worth it and the guys loaded was awesome and Cris was helpful as well. I would highly recommend them if you're replacing any floors or anything like that give them a call stop in see what they can help you with.
