My granddaughter has gone to both clinics for 13 years! Catlin Sumner is the absolute best and most understanding and loving Dr ever! As for the ladies, Dana, Robin, Brittney, and Harley they are such beautiful rays of sunshine, nice, sweet and very caring and considerate! The only downfall is that the nurses NEVER return calls on anything, even test results. If you leave a message for the nurses, don't hold your breath because you'll definitely turn blue. Thank you to the staff and beautiful Dr Catlin for all you do
I love Independence Pediatrics. The front desk is so welcoming and the nurse are awesome as well. My kids seen Dr. Luster and we love her she is so down to earth l. I love her energy with my children.
Firstly must say Dr annath is awesome with our kids. However you cannot reason with RoxanneThat works there she’s very clueless don’t have a clue about what’s goin on we did a yearly physical in 2019 per Roxanne (insurance covers 1per year) and they’re saying the insurance didn’t cover it even though they took that insurance in the past I ask her don’t you check to verify that everything is current she said NO it’s your responsibility (can’t believe they don’t verify insurance to make sure it’s in network and they do accept it, those were her words to me….wow, even though I’ve used it there in the past -mind you!She’s very RUDE; inconsiderate...read full review
