I was highly disappointed with the service I received. I went in for a pedicure and left with crooked French tips, unevenly clipped toe nails and nails that weren’t even completely covered in polish. After politely asking the nail tech to make them more even, correct the polish etc., I was told she couldn’t because of my nail. However, I came home and was able to file it down perfectly fine. I didn’t like that my request went ignored for a service I’m paying for.
**THE MOST UNSANITARY NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO**The worst salon experience I have ever experienced in my entire life.They reuse The stones on your feet the lady that stone on my feet to make them soft. It was so worn out and nasty looking. THEN SHE WASHED IT OFF AND PUT IT BACK TO BE REUSED! They messed up my acrylic toes and made them crooked, and when I told them to politely fix it, they just looked at me and ignored me. I will no longer come to this shop. They was rushing to go home and didnt even finish my nails.And not only that but I literally think my 3 year old niece could have done better.What a shame I've been coming here every 2 weeks for the past 5 or 6 years and never again will I.Learn to communicate and satisfy your customers.
