My husband and I worked with this company to have an electrical panel replaced in a rental property. The electrician was very good and the work turned out better than we expected. The cost was very reasonable and on the low end of what this kind of job would normally cost. The electrician was easy to reach, but the company was so busy that it did take a while to get an appointment. But no more than a week. The fact that they are busy says they're good. The only issue initially was getting a return call from them, I assumed because they were busy, but once we got the process started everything went well.

If I could leave zero stars for this company, I would. I was assigned their services through my home warranty for an electrical issue we're having. The home warranty company sent them not one but two work orders after not being able to get ahold of anyone. I then called twice, left messages both times and had the home warranty company call. No one ever even called me back. I requested a new electrical company to complete our repairs. Very disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof.
