It's a good business!. I am older and prefer the spray tan but something is always going on around it. It has been closed for over a month. When I was new I was billed for some appts I didn't use. [didn't know about them] when I found out they were expired but honestly, they gave me some anyway so no harm there. Now after I bumped up to the expensive "any bed" membership, someone working there said I owed another $5 anyway. Something is off and I am yet to figure out what but it seems to be tied to the spray tan. Used to be very friendly staff! In n out fast! Love the choice of beds!Had to bring the stars down. I hate this, but customer service brought me in, and the lack of it is about to take me out. 1 person can truly ruin your experience.
I've been to all of the Coconut Beach locations in the last few years. They are all a bit run down. Things get broken or wear out and not fixed. And each room has only one hook to hang all your stuff from. Especially if I'm wearing a coat, I'm going to have a minimum of four items to hang up, and a single hook doesn't cut it. So I end up piling stuff on the little bench they provide, which I don't like at all. I don't have any problem with the beds, especially the level 3 beds, but beware their pricing on tanning products. I've made the mistake of buying tanning lotion from them twice and later discovered they mark up about 120% over... read full review
