So, I understand quality workmanship, reliability and customer service. Richard totally updated my sump pump systems, both main and battery back up. He was very polite, informative and followed quality workmanship practices. A big plus is that before starting, I discussed my expectations, and he gave me his recommendations with costs. Very professional experience. I followed the process of receiving bids from four companies. The bidding process was where I begin the decision process. I had one contractor that did not remove their shoes and left so much mud I had to clean up after the bid. Every time Burke entered my house home, he removed his boots. The next step of the decision is based on the contract. Burks contract was very detailed and provided a line by line break down of the detail of the job. The payment process was fair that 1/3 was the down payment, 1/3 was provided in the middle and final payment was only after I had agreed everything was completed to my standard. I’m still amazed at how clean the demolition was. Burke kept me informed every step along the way. His communication was impeccable. I’m very happy with the end result and have recommended him to my neighbors.

JoLynn is so knowledgeable with vivid cors it's amazing! She takes the time to really understand your hair and improve it. The color is exactly what I was looking for. Came in once for a haircut and bang trim and buzz in the back of my neck and it was about 20 to 30 dollars, I had medium hair going to short. 2 weeks later got all of my hair colored I think about 60 for that and I have very thick hair. Deb did a wonderful job both time. The pricing is reasonable and she did a great job with the hair coloring definitely would recommend this place!!

This salon is so beautiful, the decor makes me want to just move in. My stylists name was Sally. Sally is not just a cosmetologist. She is an artist. She did an excellent cut. I had an inspiration picture that I am striving for once my hair grows out a bit and she educated me and gave me a super cute cut for the growing out phase. She used scissors, razors and clippers. I mean, her attention to every detail was astounding. I am definately a fan! Sally is my girl from now on.

Fortunately, I got Debbi, who listened and gave me exactly what I wanted and with great skill. I asked for layers and shaping, and that's exactly what I got. The right way! A lot of damage is gone, and my wavy hair actually got curly! It's soft and pretty now and not too short (as she didn't just go crazy chopping and chopping as I've unfortunately had done before). She knows what's she's doing, and I'd highly recommend her! Thank you!

Got a beard trim and it looks great. I was able to get right in as a walk in but I doubt that is usually the case. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment. Cool atmosphere with giant tvs. Pretty sure the owner took care of me. Nice guy and informative when answering my questions. I recommend going to this barber shop and supporting his business.

They've had their fair share of barbers that have come and gone but as for the owner Tony, he's cut my hair since I was 10 years and never once disappointed me. The man is a master of his craft and very nice as well. This shop is more appointment based so called and scheduled a time before head. Tony himself deserves more than 5 stars.

THE BEST PLACE TO TAN IN KCMO AND INDEPENDENCE MO! As for the lady that fell asleep in the bed. I WAS THERE. I TRIED TO WAKE HER. She appeared to be sedated and the police were called because she was barely breathing to save her life. The IPD had to slam the door hard to rouse her. Then she was rude as she left like Chris and I had done something wrong. I was glad to help. Ps. It is also inappropriate to send business owners lewd photos of yourself in the parking lot. Chris is an honorable guy . He's never inappropriate or unprofessional. My suggestion would be to send your daughter to rehab instead of bashing a small locally owned business.

First time trying this place and their awesome! Did mine and my daughters nails and for a great price! They made sure I was okay with the pricing and I told them I'll pay whatever and they cared about the fact I'm a single mother and didn't want to highway Rob me. Every single dollar was well spent, they did what was asked and more. Offered us drinks multiple times throughout the service and made sure we were comfortable. They didn't make us feel unwelcomed, 10 out of 10 will recommend this to my own customers, friends, and family! They also closed at 6:30 and my daughters nails took the longest because of all the details and design and the tech wanted to do a beautiful job so they stayed open for us until finished which was 9 bless them! A definite must to visit this small shop beauty!

She took her time she is detailed and it’s one of the best pedicure’s I’ve had since moving here three years ago. I am a manicurist so I’m very picky. She did a fantastic JOB! I will is say they go by state regulations and all tools are properly cleaned. I’m a new regular.

Lisa Mazzeffe-Martino has been cutting my hair for nearly 40 years now. She's the best! It's a family-owned business and each time I go there...about every five weeks, I get treated like family.
First off DJ is awesome, and has a really nice personality so is her hair stylist Ashley. She was able to take me in and get my wedding hair trial on a very short notice. She did an excellent job and made me feel really comfortable and heard at every moment during my weave install. She reproduced the exact style I wanted for my wedding. I love it.

We were lucky we found Blue Mills Plumbing. We had a slow draining tub/shower and a stopper that wouldn't budge, they came in and had it fixed in 10 minutes. The technician even answered questions about our tankless hot water heater. We won't be calling anyone else except Blue Mills for our plumbing needs.
Let’s start by saying I am in no way compensated for this review, in fact I don’t write very many . Avery heating and cooling pampered my old a/c for years never trying to upsell me in to something I didn’t need ,adding freon yearly. Finally it bit the dust … the very next day Mr Avery had his team installing my new A/C . My only regret is that I didn’t pull the trigger earlier! The air movement in my house is incredible, cleaner air too and for once even on very hot days I hear the unit shut off, I have seen a substantial difference in my utility bill. In closing you won’t see him in adds or on T.V. acting a fool ( guess who ends up paying for the adds anyway)but I know from experience he is honest fair and customer friendly.If your reading reviews cause your just not sure give them a chance I did and it was by far the best money I’ve spent in some time .

I brought in a door lock cylinder for my 2019 Kia Forte which had suffered a break in attempt. They were able to get it machined in probably about 10 minutes (they appeared to be busy too). Also, and probably outside of their required duties, they installed it in my car as well.

Campbell's regrouted and calked our shower and cleaned two tile floors.The results could not hav been better, snf they were very pleasant to work with.
I’ve been working with this company for years and highly recommend them. From the office to their technicians, everyone has been professional and responsive. They do a great job with carpet cleaning and repairs and also are very quick and accommodating when emergency situations arise such as water extractions if your basement has water coming in. I will continue to use them and recommend them because they care about doing a great job and making sure the customer is happy, at an affordable price.

Precision Carpet Tech’s responded to a call regarding substantial water damage caused by a frozen pipe that burst. The technician removed the water that night and fully restored my carpet in a timely manner. He wasn’t even discouraged when I prolonged the process by turning the fans and dehumidifier off prematurely. His professionalism was comforting and his knowledge showed in the quality of his work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services!

As the snow and various types of winter precipitation land on our roof, I am happy to know that we have a new, beautiful roof on our house to protect us from the weather. JG Contracting tore off the old hail damaged roof and replaced it for us. They did a super job installing the roof, gutters, and helmets to keep leaves out of the guttering. They went out of their way to do a little touch up on a piece of damaged siding (damage from the hail storm). I also really liked the way they filed the claim for us and helped us through the process with our insurance company. Anything I was confused about, JG was quick to clear up. Some of the nicest people work for JG Contracting. Heaven forbid we will need their services again, but I would not hesitate to use them.

The customer service at this establishment is EVERYTHING! Everyone is ALWAYS very professional and has a smile on their face. Arlene was very helpful with my questions and concerns.
Can’t recommend Dr. Dacey and her team enough! Everyone in the office is super friendly and very informative. We knew our daughter was in great hands the second we stepped through the doors!
I believe my daughter is autistic, but she hasn't been diagnosed and I let the staff know and they were amazing with her!! They let her set the pace for the appointment and didn't make her feel uncomfortable. After all the trouble I have had with pediatricians I was so thankful for the staff at this office.

There team did a great job at keeping me comfortable. Even with an unexpected challenge with the extraction they were determined to get the job dune. I appreciated the visit better then my last dentist.

I've been coming to this office since I was 15 years old, I am now 27 years old. I've been a patient of Dr. Garner before he left, and now Dr. Johnson.
They have always been very accommodating to those with dental anxiety, and provide nitrous gas for extreme cases. They aren't perfect, sometimes a filing turns out better than the other, or a crown doesn't sit right, but they always get you right back in to correct any situation. I've had to wait over the weekend to get emergency work done, and was always able to directly text Dr. Johnsons emergency line to get prescriptions sent over. I refuse to go anywhere else!
4 wisdom teeth taken out. Doctor and nurse were very accommodating and patient with me. Went super well

Went here as a kid, finally came back today after 10 years and realize why I loved this place as a kid, great staff and very good work, very detailed.
I called Dr. Dexter in an emergency on a Saturday just under and hour before he was supposed to close up. He got me in 20 minutes later and I left feeling better and able to stand up straight. He is professional and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I can’t say enough good things about him.
Dr. Doty and his staff are amazing. I am being treated for a terrible back strain and I already feel improvments after 3 visits. He listens to your concerns and educates you. 10/10!
What an experience! Dr. Sanders was so kind to fit me in today. I ended up making this appointment thinking I was just going into the usual chiropractic office that I am used to from back home. I was totally mistaken! I’ve never had any of these test done before until today. These are excellent tests that show your own results that he then reviews with you as his patient. He throughly explains what is going on with your body and how he can help fix it. I had an awesome experience. I and my partner will be back!

Was scared to have my back popped all my life until the pain was too much. Very glad i came here. Dr. Gray was professional and knew what he was doing while keeping well informed while he fixed me up. So glad it was a pleasent experiance and am now able to live my life with less aches and pains. We have taken all 5 of our animals to them and they treat them all well.
2 of those animals are German Shepards, the techs and vet aren't skittish around them like I've experienced at other places.
We unfortunately lost one of our dogs to cancer, and opted to end his life here in warmth and comfort with the whole family there. Three trails let us bring in the other animals and stay as long as we needed. They made everything as comfortable as possible, given the situation. 5 stars for Three Trails!
They were so nice. And sometimes it's hard to find cat lovers but walking in there they were so nice to Ms kitty treated her how I would want anyone to treat any animal. And very quick. I didn't have to wait at all.
I've always a had good experience anytime I've needed Dr Snyder. And right now, my kitty is in recovery after an attack from another animal. She and her staff have been too kind helping me look after my cat over many days. They have helped to guide me nursing her back to healthy and as always, I learned a lot. Dr Snyder and the staff really care about animals, and they absolutely show that with every visit I've ever had over the years. They are also very informative and very friendly. I recommend Old Town Vet to anyone who ever asks for a vet. She is the BEST! I'm so grateful I found her.

I started coming to this clinic in June of this year after relocating.
The staff from the beginning have been extremely friendly, they were great with answering questions and getting one of my puppies scheduled for her spay (which was done very well).
Today Annie spent 35 minutes on the phone with me to schedule appointments for 8 of my 9 pets. She never seemed inconvenienced, answered all of my questions, and confirmed everything several times before we got off the phone. Super impressed with the high level of empathy and customer service.
Honestly, so kind. You can tell by their tone and their attentiveness that they just really care about animals. These ladies went out of their way to make our dog comfortable and to make us feel comfortable with her in their care. There was also a way to set up some type of payments. And it wasn't even that expensive given the 5 Day over night stay our dog had spent there. Also, their facility was extremely clean. 10/10 compared to the other hospitals around town this pick is a no brainer. Thank you!

Went in on the fly and they had an immediate opening… The environment was very clean and the staff were attentive and punctual, unlike quite a few places who generally have long dwell times. The massage therapist was a man, who generally I don’t relax with, but this dude was cool and honestly had the strength I needed to ACTUALLY feel better. 11/10, would highly recommend.
