I would highly recommend Imperial Animal Hospital as well as their Grooming and Boarding Services. The staff are amazing! You can tell they truly care about animals and the needs of the pet parents as well as reflected by their outstanding customer service. I have one dog and three cats and I trust Imperial Animal Hospital 100% with all their health care needs.
I can’t remember a better visit to a vet’s office. We didn’t wait at all for a room. The technician came in immediately. She was caring, friendly and explained all of our options and their associated fees. This was our first appointment with Dr Worth and she was wonderful as well. She answered all of our questions before we asked them and seemed to truly care about our cat and his injury. The lobby staff was also friendly at checkout, and we were quickly on our way!
Imperial animal hospital is the only vet that is willing to see and help my dog, the staff at imperial animal has always been very friendly and extremely helpful and have went above and beyond for my baby boy and has been able to give my dog a stress free environment for when coming to see them they don’t have to help us the way they do but these people really love and care about the animals as well as their owners. The hour drive is always well worth it.
