Called them out to replace a broken/improperly installed toilet flange. They arrived 5 minutes early, took care of it quickly even with having to chip out the old one, and replaced it with a better quality flange without me even having to request it. Will definitely call them again in the future.

I was extremely happy with my service from Gravity I had dealt with 2 different plumbing companies coming out and both of them tried to get me to pay an arm and a leg for a bunch of different work which for the longest time I believed the 2 companies. I called Gravity out and they were able to quickly tell what the issue was which wasn't the issue the other 2 told me and they were able to get my kitchen sink running. I feel like there isnt many trust worthy plumbing companies out there but im glad to know that i can count on Gravity. Trevor arrived an hour after I called. He was very polite and professional. Came and got the job done in an hour! He did not leave a mess behind. I hope I never have to call them again, but if need be, I would.
