We arrived at our condo on Wednesday for a Long Labor Day weekend with our family. Upon arrival late that afternoon we discovered that our a/c was out and we had a grand baby with us. It was after 5 and the first place I called didn’t answer their 24hr service phone and did not return my call after leaving a message. I got a second recommendation to call Patriot and I am so thankful I did. They responded in a few minutes after leaving a message on their emergency phone line, sent out a tech within the hour and continued to update me on his arrival time. The team at Patriot Heat and Air helped us out after hours due to no air at the our home. Scotty was absolutely incredible to us. He was very professional and explained everything in an extremely understandable way.
