Ruby was amazing! I had contacted her over 2 months out to book my appointment, and she was so thoughtful in planning out the color I wanted. She even did her own browsing to find inspo pictures based on what I was wanted (that was so awesome!!). I wanted a Cowboy Copper color with a money piece and highlights. I was previously a natural, dirty blonde. I provided around 4-5 inspiration pictures of what I was wanting for my hair. Ruby perfectly made the shade I wanted from looking at my pictures I provided. She was meticulous with coloring my hair and was a joy to talk to. I am coming back when I need touch ups! (Picture taken by Ruby, herself, after we were done.)
