Showed me pictures of all the spots where hail had damaged my roof. They advised I file an insurance claim and even helped me with the crazy process. My insurance company approved the claim which was a relief because I know a roof can be expensive. The roof replacement experience was WONDERFUL. My sales rep was on the job site all day making sure everything was handled properly. We've seen several big storms since then without a single leak.
