“I have used Controlled Heating and Air conditioning for all my AC needs. Back in 2021 I had a flood in my basement and they came out and replaced all my components. Fast forward to this year I had them come out and tune up my AC and they found my evaporator was leaking. They where able to replace it quickly before the heat of Summer. The system is running great. “I called Tim last Fri afternoon because my furnace was making an unusual noise and I hadn't had it serviced in a couple yrs... he was here within about an hour. My furnace was very old, so I was prepared for the worst... and, of course, that's what I got!! Tim took interior pictures that showed so much rust and erosion that it obviously needed replaced. What I did not expect was that Tim would find several install mistakes with my 2yo second furnace.
