He provided an overall assessment of the grading and identified two areas that required additional grading. “We had Kokesh install 2hit water heaters. One went bad right away and they were quick to respond and replaced it. The second continued to have minor issues during the first year.Kokesh was always quick to respond and try to resolve the problem which they did each time. Finally when the last occurrence happened Megan stepped in and said that was enough and she was going back to manufacture to strongly request they replace the second unit also. It took a few weeks but Megan prevailed and was able to get the manufacture to replace the unit for no charge.This was not something Megan had to do, but took it on her own to “do what was right” as per Megan.We are most thankful for Kokesh help along the way and standing up for what is best for the customer.We have used them for other plumbing problems and they are always quick to respond and have provided great results.Good business, good preople who want to treat you right.“
