My AC stopped working on Sunday. Tony called Monday and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. He fixed the unit within 30 minutes of his arrival. He was prompt, courteous, and fully answered my questions.

I had Accel Heating & Cooling out today to help with my A/C that stopped working. Accel was referred to me by my home warranty company. (My home warranty company set me up with a different company automatically when I filed the claim online and that company had bad reviews after some quick research, so I called the warranty company and got names of 4 more companies. We've worked with Tony for a long time. He's very customer service oriented and has taken good care of us. He shows up when he's supposed to (what a shame that this is noteworthy - many are not) and sticks with issues until they're resolved. Would be happy to recommend him to others.
