The floors were completed in the timeframe they originally stated, and the work and craftsmanship was unparalled for a fair price. After a sort of rocky start when one of the workers allowed a neighbor in my home without my permission. However, Randy, the owner did correct the situation and the work that was done was beautiful. Randy also, made sure I was a satisfied customer and reassured that his worker made a bad choice and it wouldn’t happen again. I would hire Floors Done Right again.
