“Champion was very easy to work with. I told Kimberley what I was looking for and she brought out various samples. One of the them was exactly what I needed. She was willing to split the installation into two different times due to construction. The head of installation always called a few days before to verify date and time. The installers came on time, were clean, and did a very good job.

They were great about communicating about estimated arrival time on the scheduled day and were quick and courteous as they took measurements. They responded via email within a few business days with the quote and followed up with a phone call to discuss. All around great communication and friendly service.“

“This is the 4th time we have contracted with Veteran Flooring for work at our house and have been exceptionally pleased with their work each time. Our most recent project was new flooring in our laundry room and guest bath. Dale was instrumental in guiding us to a sample of products that he felt we might like. We had them put in our dog daycare room 2 weeks ago and they are absolutely amazing and look phenomenal! We had them put the epoxy up the walls to the chair rail to help prevent damage from the dogs chewing and lifting their legs. Matt and his team were so great to work with, by far the best contractor I’ve worked with in 15 years. His crew was on time, cleaned up after their selves and always let us know when they were leaving and what they were doing so we could continue business as usual. They even finished a few days early. 5+ starts for Desco, it’s not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for and it’s worth it!“

After advising that I'd received the wrong glue sticks with my order of a FastenMaster Adhesive Applicator, I expected that I'd have to return them to obtain the glue sticks that I had ordered.Instead, Tools 4 Flooring shipped the glue sticks that I wanted and advised me to "do whatever I wanted" with the incorrect glue sticks that had accompanied my applicator. Those glue sticks are on their way to the local Habitat for Humanity facility on Monday as a donation from Tools 4 Flooring.Can't ask for better service than what I received.
