Chantal is awesome ? I love my braids, I got so many compliments. My hair is still holding up good, my braids are down my back. It took her 7 hours to braid my hair, but she braids really fast!!! I got single braids or boxed braids. She'll braid your hair tight, so it will last if you want her too.

Chantal is a skilled braider, but she can be rude and insulting to sociable from one minute to the next. She needs to work on her customer service skills in a big way. Who wants to pay hundreds of dollars to have braids or weaves installed in a hostile environment. The bad rating is for her rudeness, her arrogance, her abrasive and dismissive behavior. Take your chances.
