Susie not only addressed my concern with professional accountability, she found a better replacement to repair where the previous trim had been.I could be happier!

Just had a very good experience with Best Buy Flooring in Hazelwood. Jim was very helpful in finding the perfect carpeting for a very reasonable price, and then getting installation scheduled as quickly as possible. Rodney did our installation, filling in at the last minute for another installer who couldn't make it. Rodney was great--very friendly and helpful, and finished the whole installation in just a few hours. Best of all, he solved a problem we had with an awkward corner vent, and it looks great! Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we will definitely use Best Buy again.
