All drivers attention, This place is suck! No management here, only 1 person working in warehouse,shipping and receiving hours is 7:30am-3:30 pm, but he just doesn’t want to work at 2pm, there is no truck waiting here and the dock is empty,he told me my appointment only 10 am in the morning , so I have to wait until tomorrow 10 am. When I was there until the next morning, no any trucks come, and this guy come to work 9am and he still doesn’t want to unload my truck even there is no truck here, I just don’t understand what is wrong here? Can owner explain why?

I hope you don't need to use the bathroom while you are there, because you will be told that, "they don't have a public bathroom, but you can drop your trailer and go to the gas station down the street!" ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

Showed up at 7:40 am for 9 am delivery me and another truck waiting. Unloader doesn't show up till quarter after after 8. Yes I was upset and confronted him about it because I shouldn't have to wait if there is no trucks ahead of me. 9am appointment didn't get out till 11 then receive phonecall stating I was telling at someone which never happened. Moral of the story don't come early expect to be sitting.
