Had a few issues with my septic system. They came out 4 times until we knew the issue was resolved. The didn’t charge me for the last call and snake because they wanted to get the job done correctly. Very pleased with them!

R&M are an incredibly professional and knowledgeable company. They were not only quick to identify the issue I was having, but quick to explain the solution in a way I could understand it and get it fixed in a timely and thorough manner. Also excellent scheduling set up and the lady that took my call originally was polite and got me on their schedule very quickly. I'd say I'd come them again if the problem came back up, but the quality of their work means I won't need to revist the problem anytime soon.

Put in a request online, they called the same day so set up an appointment, very responsive & friendly. Will be using them for all our plumbing & septic needs in the future, Would highly recommend!
