Noel's Barbering & Hair Design is a family-owned business offering excellent service and a great atmosphere. Staff provide fantastic, consistent work and really take their time to listen. With decades of experience, they use professional product lines like Redken, Wella, Tressa, and Matrix. Customers highly recommend the place, with some having been loyal for over 20 years, noting every experience is fantastic. It is an excellent place for haircuts.
I highly recommend Noel’s. I have been going here for over 20 years. Every experience I have ever had with Noel and Linda has been fantastic. The atmosphere and service are excellent. I love love love this place.
It's hard to find someone who will cut your hair the way that YOU want it, rather than how they feel like it or just in the latest trend. Noel has cut my hair the way I want for decades now. That's why I keep going back.
I did not use their services because haircuts start at $17, but it does appear to be clean and the staff was friendly. I noticed at least three stylists. It would probably be best to schedule an appointment rather than just walking in
