I have been a client for over 15 years. all of a sudden, i receive a letter dated Nov. 7, that i receive Nov. 14 that effective date of the letter, they are discontinuing serving my account. i leave countless messages for Butch and Terri, who was the accountant that did my taxes. after another email, she calls me. said after review of their accounts, mine was one of the accounts selected to terminate relationship. the only reason given was staffing and she claimed i complained about the fees, which i did not. I have noticed the last several years, the service i was receiving was not on par with when i started with them. i feel this was totally unprofessional the way this was handled after doing business with them for over 15 years.
