Chase arrived to replace an outdoor faucet that had been freezing up over the past few years. Because there was no indoor access to the back side of the faucet, he had to measure and determine where to cut sheetrock on the inside. His measurements were spot on and only a very small access was made in the interior wall. He placed a cover over the access hole and did a very neat job. Very professional and very neat work. Thanks for the great service!!
Arbor Accents did a great job with our trees. They are very knowledgeable and come in a timely manner. We received a quote and within the next day they came and trimmed our trees! The clean up was absolutely fantastic as well. Definitely will have them come back for more work.

I purchased a used Bernina sewing machine off eBay and it was not working as it was stated. I took it to Rittinghouse Sew and Vac Center. He did an amazing job fixing it! It runs smooth and does every stitch! Prices are very reasonable. Plus he guarantees his work for a year! Who does that now days? I highly recommend! I'm bring my other machine in to be worked on to hand down to my daughter.
I called Justin shortly after moving to KC based on Google reviews of course. He was on a short list based on the Google reviews but one of the only ones to answer. 2/5 answered, I believe it was. He answered and I spoke with him for maybe 20+ minutes describing my awfully difficult issue, but he understood something I said and responded; (paraphrasing here): yes, you're trying to reach the balance point of......" I had never heard that phrase but I could tell he knew what I meant and I thought this is who I want to do my system. He came over & looked himself; sent me a detailed quote with options to customize my system (There's not one option btw). His prices sounded right to my friends and family so I went with Balance Point. Let me tell you, you would be hard pressed to find such a polite bunch of professional guys in the construction field; all knowledgeable and most of them have been with the company quite a while and I met 3-4 of them in my couple day(s) project. They even sent another guy out a couple weeks later to check on my install who I had more time to talk with about how the system work;, same as the guys above, unbelievable. Hey, I also appreciated the email about the heat pumps in extreme cold when we were getting ready for extreme temps a couple weeks ago, that was cool. Our outdoor unit never missed a beat btw! Thanks guys, I hope you're all still there if I need anything again, cheers.

Oh my gosh! I had my first massage appointment today with Jenny and it was wonderful! I told her the spots that I was the most concerned about and she made sure I didn’t leave in the same pain I came in with. Tom Clarke was very professional and did an amazing job. I called him because my home had been infested last summer with yello jackets. I called Tom Clarke of Keller Pest Control as I had seen wasp going in and out of a possible underneath one of the bedroom windows. Even though it was Sunday. Tom can and did a thorough inspection, blew dust into the attic vents, called around the bedroom and also blew dust into the attic. He spent over three hours-----on a Sunday. He was extremely thorough and did not rush at all. If you have any pest control problems , Tom Clarke of Keller Pest Control is your man. I will call no one else. Thank you, Tom.
I highly recommend Dr. Parks for your chiropractic needs. He and the staff are so sweet, helpful, and they all CARE about their patients. The doctor is caring and professional. I have both knees that are disabled and he pops them back into place every visit along with the rest of my back and neck. When i walk in I'm in major pain, and after he has done his magic, i can walk out a bit better, but with allot less pain. I highly recommend him and his staff for your chiropractic needs! I won't ever go anywhere else!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I am a single hobby farm owner, and I've gotten into some messes with hiring people. I 100% recommend this company for tree trimming. They did an amazing job, and left just the right amount to get a little sun but trimmed the trees to a reasonable level.

Beyond nice guy in general. My husband and I had a slight emergency when our furnace stopped working. I called around everywhere as we've never had a handyman since we've bought our home and kept getting the run around. Tom was fair, understanding, and incredibly courteous. Made the time, when I know he probably didn't have to, to come same day to help us. Our home is back to being nice and toasty thanks to him. Cannot rave about this place enough!!!! If you have a cat that needs groomed THIS IS THE PLACE! My cat went in for a full shave/bath and I’ve never seen her so calm and relaxed. I was SHOCKED. At home it would have been the biggest fight. WORTH EVERY PENNY and my girl is low stress, fresh, and happy! Thank you!!!
We are so happy with the service we’ve received! Jason takes the time and effort to explain exactly what they’re going to do and why. Super helpful staff and best rental prices in the area. I ran down here to get a stump grinder and they were helpful by helping me decide which machine would be best for me to get. The mechanic even came out and warned me about some potential issues, and let me know that if I had any problems, just call them. I did not have any issues with the machine. Returning it was a breeze too. I'll definitely be going back for other equipment.
Shoutout to Eric, Lena, and Emma! Went to get my first facial after being postpartum and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Emma about put me to sleep during my treatment, it was so relaxing and she was so understanding when my baby started getting fussy. Eric and Lena heard my son crying from the front and came into the room and asked if they could take him while I finished getting my facial. It was sooo nice of them and I can’t thank them all enough! Such nice people and great atmospehere. ☺️ 10/10 recommend!
Today this Animal Hospital was willing to help us with a lower dosage med our Senior Dog needs now when Pleasant Hill Animal Clinic that we've used for 2 yrs. wouldn't! From now on we will take our precious small dog to Southland where they actually CARE about the animals they treat.
My car overheated on a Saturday morning. I called and they were open and told me to bring it right in. They said they didn't wanna leave me stranded and broke down on a Saturday. They took my car right in and within 2 hours I was repaired and back on the road. Great place and great people. Friendly, quick and very reasonable on the cost! I'll be quick to take my car back there anytime I have a problem with it!!
Rick showed the afternoon of the same day I called for a septic pump and clean and that was done flawlessly!! Unfortunately the real problem was the collapsed and plugged main line from my house to the septic tank!!! Without hesitation R&M crew jumped to the challenge to get our homes waste water system back in order.. with the threat of rain storms coming early the next day they got their equipment to site early and got to work discovering a plethora of ill repairs on my lines..Without any hesitation romoved the entire system and replaced it that morning,covering the hole and finishing the grade away from foundation before the afternoon rains. Recommend their services to any and everyone,thank you so much for all your hard work!!!

My experience with new castle: three stones was a great one. My husband and I went and looked at the homes multiple times with Tim to make sure it was the one we wanted. He was very patient, had great communication and helped us a ton with our purchase. I can’t speak for financing as we went with an outside source. The crew that set up our home was very friendly and moved efficiently getting it done quick. The finishing crew rocked. They did a great job and made sure we were satisfied with the home, fixing anything we asked. We had two windows that needed repaired and one outlet and they came right away and fixed both. I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 because we’ve already ran into some issues which would fall on the manufacturer of the home & not so much three stone themselves. One day I was cooking and white insulation type stuff came falling down onto the food. After looking no one ever attached the pipe that runs down to the exhaust fan that runs over the stove, even the outside boards were not attached to the wall. New castle would of most likely fixed it had I called but I didn’t. The other thing we are currently dealing with is our shower already needs regrouted which is annoying. We have been in the home I believe 70 days and so far so good just little stuff that you can tell the manufacturer put no effort into. Maybe switch to one of the other manufacturers on the lot & the experience will be 10/10.

I've told family and friends about them and some come from as far away as Olathe Kansas due to their excellent work and incredibly low vaccination prices.
The care, attention and compassion shown by the staff is exceptional... especially their end of life support for both pet & owner.
There are many options in the metro area for pet care and veterinary services but I simply can't imagine going anywhere else.
I recently lost my best friend Tucker the big brown dog that you see in the photos, and if the day ever comes that I bring a new dog into my life they will definitely be taken care of at the Harrisonville Animal Clinic and their outstanding staff!
