$43 a square foot for a 114 square foot job. I've since had two other bill out this "$5000" job, for less than $2500, and that's with them both assuming it would be as difficult as possible. In all reality residential concrete should be between $8-12 a square foot on average.They also didn't follow code. Cheaped out on this $43 a square foot and didn't put gravel underneath the concrete pad.

Roof has leaked since day one of the installation. Workers left lots of trash in the yard, including a full roll of nails. They did an ok job on the Windows and that was it. Lesson learned was don't go with the low bid.
