I have Eric out twice now and he is extremely knowledgeable about the particular unit I have. We have a ground source heat pump. Eric is to the point and explains things along the way. I won't have anyone else out.
I called late on a Sunday morning about a failing sump pump. Within a reasonable amount of time, my day and my basement were saved from being flooded! Eric came today and installed a new sump pump. I always appreciate the professionalism of every technician I’ve worked with from this company. Used them for a number of years and will continue using them as my company of choice.
