But Dr Kriley and her staff have taken this clinic to a whole new level of professionalism and customer service. We got such a warm welcome at the front desk and they showed Finn so much love. He was very nervous but our tech gave him extra treats and pets to calm him down! You'll leave with information overload instead of being unsure or not completely understanding. They're amazing with cats, no matter how cranky or how sick. They are honest, straightforward and they're not trying to take your money with unnecessary tests and nonsense. They are compassionate and always go the extra mile to help you. If test results come in on a Saturday, they'll call you on a Saturday even though the office isn't open. They keep in touch with you to find out how things are going and make sure you understand anything you're not sure about.

They're great with routine care, too! It's not a 10 minute in and out visit, they will completely check out everything and tell you as they go any concerns they may have. They won't rush through things and shove you out the door, it will be the most thorough exam your cat has ever had. They're also just genuinely likable people who have a great passion and love for felines.“

The staff there has not only welcomed me and her with patience and understanding, they have tried their best to work with me on budget as well. “I am leaving this review for the dog trainer Michelle, she is absolutely phenomenal!! She worked with me and my sweet girl Ember through the adult behavior class and now through the AKC class. She has the best attitude and always is so excited to us and the progress ember makes. She handles every situation to perfect even when there are unruly dogs in the store. I cannot speak more highly of her she deserves so much credit and praise. I encourage everyone to go through classes with their pups here.“

We loved the vet, Dr. Kilgore, who carefully explained treatment options to us, and the corgi loved the tech so much that he didn't want to leave her when it was time to go. I mean, you know it's all good when your dog licks the tech and wants to snuggle with her, right? When we followed up with our regular vet a few days later, he was pleased, and said their treatment and medications were exactly what he would have given. Also, I had eye surgery three days before our visit, needed to put ice packs on my eye every couple of hours. But we were there almost five hours, and halfway through, my eye started really hurting. The desk staff gave me an ice pack, and one of the techs came out to check on me! Seriously, awesome people all around.“
