This company are down right crooked and incompetent. They undertook a commercial construction job for our restaurants, bid $70k, charged $120k and it is honestly the worst HVAC system I've ever come acorss in 20 years of owning commercial businesses. There was a $3,000 change order that was disputed (out of $120,000) and they filed a mechanics lien and silently sat on it for a year with no contact and now claiming they they are owned $10,000 in legal fees in additon to their diaputed fee. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. As part of a real estate sale contract, this company was brought out to service AC units in my condo. Apparently, the service technicians here are incapable of looking at an appliance and noticing potential issues. Part of the AC unit was being supported with duct tape and the service technician never mentioned anything. Because nothing was mentioned, no action could be taken. As a result of the compromised structural integrity, the unit eventually failed and resulted in a flood. But, because the duct tape worked just long enough, PM Contracting is denying responsibility.
