“We had our first visit yesterday for our puppy’s first exam and vaccine. The entire staff was extremely kind. They were so sweet to our puppy that he didn’t even realize that they stuck him for the vaccine. I’m super happy that we chose this facility to care for our puppy.“

“This vet location is highly recommended! We brought in our KC Pet Project adopted dog named Titus for 1st time checkup and to figure out a good diet plan. Poor Titus rarely ate his meals and had such inconsistent stools which most were runny :/ Our doctor provided probiotics and medcine to help with the digestion issue and improvements were noticed within the next day and forward. We were also educated on diet and items to add more fiber, like pumpkin, which he loves and helps with not relying on the probiotic anymore. Titus is now eating much healthier and handles new foods, like carrots, apple slices, cooked un-seasoned chicken very well. As they say, you have to trust the experts and that is what we did. We'll continue to take Titus here for the next upcoming appointments and won't hesitate to ask any questions. Thank you all again for your friendliness and taking such good care of our puppy!“

But as soon as I met Chris in person and saw how calm and kind he interacted with Bodhi, all of that anxiety went away. I was immediately impressed with with how quickly he went to work with our dog, not only training him but teaching myself and my husband based on our dog's specific needs. He updated us throughout his stay and assured us he was being his normal goofy self, but that he was thriving getting to learn under an experienced hand.Bodhi has since developed problem solving skills, and I have become a more confident dog owner. “They were able to get me in at the last minute (even as a new client) and did such a great job with her grooming! I mentioned that my dog had anxiety in the crate and to see if they could be quick with her because of this. The gal at the front desk held her in her lap while I left. “Barb at Brookside is incredible. We have enjoyed attending her classes with our. Puppies. Having her guidance with training our therapy dogs, having her temperament test our puppies in our breeding program for our families and seeing our puppies go home to their families and flourish in her classroom and beyond. You will have to look pretty hard to find a better place to bring your puppy to train and socialize. She is an exceptional trainer and animal behaviorist. I recommend her to all my families as the best possible place to train your new puppy , your therapy dog and canine family member“

“I am leaving this review for the dog trainer Michelle, she is absolutely phenomenal!! She worked with me and my sweet girl Ember through the adult behavior class and now through the AKC class. She has the best attitude and always is so excited to us and the progress ember makes. She handles every situation to perfect even when there are unruly dogs in the store. I cannot speak more highly of her she deserves so much credit and praise. I encourage everyone to go through classes with their pups here.“
