If I were to list all of the issues; setbacks, and challenges we had just to replace the flooring in our newly purchased condo, this review would be about us and not about Kenny's Flooring in Johnsburg. Suffice it to say, if it could go wrong, it did. Our plan when we purchased the condo was to have the floors and painting (top to bottom) done before we moved in. That was June of 2023 and our floors were just completed several days ago. We are not unrealistic nor are we perfectionists. I would like to think that we are normal; considerate, rational, and informed consumers. Cutting to the chase; we interviewed 3 contractors for luxury vinyl plank installation in our foyer; dining room, country kitchen, and two baths. With wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room, walk-in master closet, and both bedrooms.
