I'm a repeat customer. JRK Flooring did an amazing job replacing hardwoods in my kitchen and refinishing my whole house. From the start of the process they were very quick to help straighten out insurance issues and questions when I had them. They started my project when scheduled and finished early! Very great communication along the way with what was going on.

Was extremely happy with my experience with JRK from start to finish. They were punctual and worked with me on the timing for getting a quote, they gave honest opinions and options on how to do different aspects of the floors and priced each option out individually so we could decide what way fit our budget and compare options side by side. Alida was quick to reply to my texts with different questions I had throughout the whole process and gave me updates on when the workers were going to be working.
