Had to change up my previous review due to issues with the appointment time but after a phone call and really good customer service, the situation was handled and great job completed.

Richard quickly diagnosed my problem and then took the time to explain how the system works. I really appreciated his time and professionalism. I would strongly recommend Richard and Apex Heating and cooling.

I had Richard come out to my house to work on a leaking home house humidifier. He was extremely helpful and even taught me more about the system and how it worked. He brought to my attention to register the product as my builder had not done so and wrote down all the model #'s for me and showed me where to go to do it. This extended my warranty from 5 years to 10 years. Extremely grateful for his help.Service: HVAC system maintenance
