We were moving out of state to be closer to our daughter. I found Steve Spoon, who owns iLook Home Inspection Co. and left him a message. He called me back promptly and listened to my concerns about buying a property out of state. He made the process very easy, generated a detailed report same day, and took the time to go over it in great detail the same evening. Steve really cares about helping people! I liked his work on the first property so I called him back again to inspect a second property. I would recommend him for any home inspection before you buy! Very trustworthy and experienced professional!

Steve was a fantastic inspector, extremely polite and knowledgeable based on his years of experience. Very thorough, educated us on things that weren’t wrong with the house but things to look out for in the future. Super detailed report, offering options for sewer inspections, radon, and termite. Report was completed in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection.
