BTS was great! Every time I called they were so pleasant and knowledgeable, and uploading documents to the portal was super easy! We also had a zoom call that went over every tax document, helped us compare to last year, and even gave us tips for next years return. They have our business as long as we are in KC!

I can't say enough about how well working with the portal at Bev's Tax Service has been. I was worried I wouldn't be able to figure out how to do it but it was so easy to follow. They guide you thru the whole process. Also, I was very satisfied with how east uploading your documents were! I was able to complete my taxes on the telephone with I chose to do so. It was wonderful working with Bev. If I could give Bev's a 10 star I would! I highly recommend this Bev's Tax Service!
