Fantastic service! I came here out of recommendation of a friend & I don’t regret it! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Fritz did my eye exam, and then afterwards I found some frames and got a good price. Then I also got a discount on them. Overall it was a great experience! We had no issues at all!
I first started going to Bennett Eye Care in the summer of 2016. I’ve always been treated great by Dr. Tischinski and his team. They have always been super helpful and answered my questions. On my last set of lenses, something wasn’t quite right. They took care of me, and made sure they got the lenses right. Deanna and everyone were so kind and helpful. My new lenses are perfect, and I feel lucky to have awesome people helping me see my best!
Angela in the eyeglasses department went out of her way to correct an error with my glasses order. She called the lab and made sure that the Platte City location knew what had happened so they can follow up with my glasses order. Angela is great! The doctors and eye glasses professionals are top notch!
