Nathan and his team are phenomenal. We had a water line damaged and it turned into a much bigger issue than we were anticipating. Nathan was super quick to respond, worked around multiple issues including bad weather, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Nathan and the team at NW Industries were absolutely phenomenal. We had a main sewer lateral line Break leaving three families in our triplex without water or sewer. This was between Christmas and New Year’s.We couldn’t get anybody out. When we found Nathan, he not only bent over backwards to get me information but was very fair in pricing and exceptionally thorough in the service execution.They handle themselves extremely professionally and left our property in pristine condition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for existing plumbing needs.
