I can’t thank these guys enough and mainly CHRIS! Our AC went out and Chris talked me thru the fan replacement and how to set up everything. He didn’t have to take my calls and help me but he did. He definitely deserves the recognition!! Special thanks to Jackie too! She’s always helpful!

I had just gotten out of the hospital from a medical procedure when my HVAC blower motor and fan failed in the middle of summer. Now, I was faced with recovering in a hot, uncomfortable home. Hornbuckle's team was at my house 30 minutes after they opened to do a diagnostic and had the part ordered the same day. They were sympathetic to my situation and prioritized fixing it as soon as the part came in. I only had to wait a day. They were not only professional but cared about me personally. That is so rare with businesses nowadays. I have used them before and will use them again. I can't recommend them enough.

We have been calling Chris with Hornbuckle for a few years now. He has been our go to guy! Always the best experience having him help us with whatever issue we have going on at the time. He always gets to us as quickly as possible, and he always goes out of his way to make sure he fixes the problem at hand before he leaves and never hesitates to fix something else that may need checked while he’s here.
