When i let them know about my roof issues and water leakage, they were so quick to visit same day and assess the roof. They explained me the whole process. The management team also guided me through material selection, insurance process and follow ups. Within few days, they scheduled me for roof replacement. “I can't begin to explain how incredibly grateful my husband and I are for KPro. We recently had a roof replacement done by another company, and it went horribly wrong. We needed a professional opinion to have some leverage to get that company to fix their mistakes. We spoke with multiple companies—some wouldn’t help us at all, one did so reluctantly, and then there was KPro.

Kyle came out just a couple of days after we called for help. I even told him we’d pay him for his time, but he declined. Not only that, he wrote a detailed report with photos, highlighting the issues with our roof. This report was instrumental in helping us get the original company to completely redo the roof.

From the moment we spoke with Kyle, we could tell he has a calm, easy-to-talk-to, and knowledgeable personality. It was clear he has a strong commitment to the little details and doing things the right way. The care and consideration Kyle showed us that day, just a few days after the botched roof replacement when emotions were still running high, brings tears to my eyes even now. We truly felt like he saw us as people, and the fact that he did this for us without knowing we were looking for a new company to complete other major exterior projects speaks volumes about Kyle’s character. Not to mention, they’re slammed with work, just like every other company out here after the major hailstorm earlier this year, but Kyle still made us feel like we mattered.

While we're still feeling pretty sore from our experience with the other company, we’re hopeful again that we can get excited about completing our exterior projects. We’ve talked with countless companies, and KPro is at the very top of our list. “I have a 100+ year-old 3-story house with a slate roof. When some leaks appeared, many companies wouldn't even give me an estimate because of the height of the roof and the slate. Glandt Roofing was recommended to me by a friend and they were fantastic. Their bid came in much cheaper than the other 2 bids I got and they did a wonderful job. Josh was very helpful in helping with navigating the overall process even came to the house while the insurance adjuster was here to ensure he saw all the hail damage. My roof was a big job taking several day but The crew that did the roof was relentless in getting job done staying late both days to get finish. They also spent a lot of time in cleanup each night and did an excellent job. Josh was helpful to the very end come out to the house to pick up the final check so I did not need to send it through the mail. I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing.“
