NutriFormance is one of personal favorite gyms in St. Louis. It offers a huge selection of cardio and strength equipment so you can work out on your own terms or you can take one of the many group fitness & specialty classes that run 7 days a week. The group fitness classes drew me to this gym - I find them to be quite challenging! I appreciate the community vibe felt at NutriFormance. I see a lot of the same faces every time I go and many of the gym-goers have worked out at NutriFormance for decades. Amy Strahan's Strong classes are my favorite. I've been participating in L&E market research studies for years. They've all been online. July 12 was an in-person study of populations around the country. Three L&E folks were working various stations obtaining information from participants. They were polite, respectful, professional and diligent. I arrived a bit early, and they took me right away. Everything went smoothly, and I was finished in the appropriate time frame.
My stylist is Becke. She does such a great job at coloring and cutting my hair every 5 weeks. I've gone to Becke for years and she's fun to be around.

I had a very positive experience at RAYUS Ellisville. The young man who was my x-ray technician made me feel at ease and explained everything in a patient and kind manner. The secretary who welcomed me was helpful and efficient. The facility was clean. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly also.
