Trustworthy Heating and Cooling LLC is a breath of fresh air when it comes to service and integrity. My wife was worried about mold buildup in our ductless mini split HVAC system. They were the only ones to respond to my calls. Shawn was out within a day or two to see what my problem was and to fix the issue. He quickly took apart my 3 wall units, removed and cleaned the mold buildup on the blower wheels and reassembled the units. System is now functioning great. We were also offered suggestions to prevent mold in the future. I will always call Trustworthy Heating and Cooling LLC when I have HVAC issues. The name says it all.
Needed a new system after the 20 year old system finally gave up the ghost. Shawn is awesome. I don't know anything about systems and he sat down and explained each option and the benefits of each. He even showed up on the weekend to charge the old system while the new was on order. Now we are rocking a new modern system and loving it. If you want honest up front dealings then call Shawn.
