Penny helped us so much with my daughter’s wedding. All of the flowers were beyond my expectations. With Penny’s guidance my daughter chose her flowers and then Penny ran with it in the best way possible. She was amazing to work with and so reasonably priced. I would give her 10 stars if it was possible.

Just a fabulous experience. My wife works in St Charles but we live in Texas. She was in St Charles this week during our anniversary so I decided to send her some flowers. I ordered on Penny's website and then called her because I wanted to add some special flowers. She waited for the truck to come in that afternoon and made the most beautiful arrangement and then delivered it to my wife that afternoon. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she upgraded my order with extra roses and the special lillies I wanted for no extra charge. I also ordered a balloon and then she added a chocolate bar as well, you guessed it, no extra charge. Is so refreshing to know there are still people in this world that care about their business and customers enough to go the extra mile to make a good first impression and earn a customer for life. I will definitely call Ms. Penny the next time I order flowers. Thank you so much, she loved them!!
