In store was a great experience. I can't exactly remember what the price was for delivery, but I'm almost sure I was told that to haul my old fridge away was $125. I kept my old fridge and was still charged $125. I gave the guy $140 and watched him fiddle waiting for me to ask for my change until I just said I appreciate you guys and went about my business. It mattered, but it wasn't really that big of a deal..It's not a deal breaker with the store, and will recommend to friends and family but will tell them to prepare to bring it home themselves.

I love them! Something went wrong with the washing machine early this morning at about 1:00am , we called the shop went it opened and they sent someone to fix it right away! He was a very nice man too! Me and my husband are so pleased with USA-Appliance's quick service.??

I bought a double door refrigerator that went out the next day and they made me wait 3 days for them to come and check on the items that they sold me ???the freezer doesn’t freeze I’m gonna see what they gonna do about this I paid to much money
