SSM Health Physical Therapy - Florissant - Shackelford

I broke my leg in 2 places and needed physical therapy as part of my recovery. All of the therapists at this location were extremely knowledgeable about what exercises I needed. They were very encouraging every step of the way. I'm so glad I chose this location for my therapy. From the receptionist to the therapists they all make you feel welcomed.

The staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely cares for their patients. From the warm greetings to inquires about day to day life, every interaction feels personal and reflects a commitment to exceptional quality. I appreciate that my experience and treatment over the last several months was tailored to my recovery, and I am grateful it wasn't a one-size-sits-all process.

Staff is very professional and friendly! Therapy on my knee worked wonders and after only 6 visits I am back to 100%. Strongly recommend for any kind of therapy issues that may arise. Solid 10/10 for friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness and organization!
