We own rental property in Hanley Hills. Our home had a fire and needed to be renovated. Patterson home improvement was recommended by our property manager. We had a terrible experience. We expected some delays due to the pandemic. However he had numerous delays and excuses. It is a very small house. It took over 15 months to be finished. The work was shoddy and the workers were unprofessional. Then when we had it inspected the hot and cold water were reversed and other defects were found. We are not wealthy people and cannot afford an attorney. We lost over a year of rental income and had to pay very costly repairs.
