We have been using this service at home and in the office. In the 18 years we have been a customer, there was never a time I wasn't completely satisfied. And there guarantee really works. Maybe two occasions I had to have them come back and re-spray. They are knowledgeable about all "unwanted pests" and do a very thorough job. And their customer service in the office is excellent.
