Worst manicure I have ever had. Firstly the guy who checked on what I wanted was ridiculously rude and didn't offer me any options for manicures, he was VERY annoyed I wanted regular polish on my natural nails. Second, during the manicure he didn't have me wash my hands after filing my nails and so the paint on my regular manicure started coming off that day. They didn't address my cuticles, he also then put a bunch of oil on my fingertips which dripped onto my clothes and ruined my clothes. He is 100% terrible and lazy. Don't waste your money here. We all work too hard to give money to this establishment that doesn't have any care in the services they offer.

I went in to get a color change. I asked for dark pink non gel. The tech put the pink I asked for on all of my toes. A man said something to her in their language. She took off the pink and put on red. I told her it looked red. When I came outside it was fire engine red. Please learn your colors tech and stop being petty. I've never had a bad experience here, just at probably their sister store on Howdershell. I'll stay in my neighborhood and go to a professional shop next time.

I had a very great pedicure in there but the nail tech Andy was horrible, attitude sucks, didn't do what i should him, rude, told him he was rough still kept on. Middle finger bleeding from him filling. I'm very upset it wasn't worth $117.00 at all. Get your nails done by Angela or Tony
