we've been taking our pup here since we brought him home and they've been wonderful every time we've been! they welcome odie when we come in and everyone pokes their head out to say hi. great customer service and take wonderful care of our boy!
My pups are always well taken care of and treated with love by all staff from front to back when they are seen at FLOAH! So much compassion and courtesy when a panicked dog mom calls with a bee sting emergency! I’m so thankful tonight that they have some extended hours and could squeeze my pup in at the last minute so I didn’t have to drive all the way to Manchester.
Our Dog Dave LOVES the Drs. and Groomers at Florissant Animal Hospital. We can tell by the way he acts when he walks through the door for his appt. that He is so Happy and excited to see his friends.His nickname there is "Crazy Dave" The front desk folks and vet assistants all hug and talk to him and Dave eats it up!! Dr. Sullivan treats him like he is her own pet. and we Love that. We are very happy with the care our little crazy Dave gets at Florissant Animal Hospital and with Dr. Kloss and Dr. Sullivan there we won't be going anywhere elso
