“The dentist was so compassionate as was the hygienist and the check out representatives. The front desk receptionist was argumentative when I told her I did not have an insurance card. She insisted there had to be one as it was not shown on their site. I eventually had to log into MetLife to email her proof of coverage. There was an id card to my surprise and on the back it said I did not have to present the card at the dental office. I have been going there for years and they have always been able to bill without a card on file. Also she was pleasant with other people with different insurances who told her they did not have a card, I love Dr. Carmen and the other dentists and will continue to go there despite the not so pleasant experience with the front staff.“

Here's the bottom line: If you are looking for a dentist who will do a fine job cleaning your teeth every visit and not fish around for unnecessary fillings. Come here. I've had my fair share of nonsense dentist who do unnecessary work I guess to make money ...get some practice drilling holes in teeth...who knows. Dr. Gentles is experienced and my visits are never negative like I remember back when I was a kid. I highly reccomend.“
